Standard Service

Offers delivery to your front door. If the delivery address is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building. Standard Delivery does not include assembly or unpacking. The typical delivery time for Standard Service is 5 to 10 days from the day your order is placed unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please check the product description to confirm the actual delivery time.

White Gloves Service

We offer optional White Glove Service for in-home delivery on all furniture. This service includes a delivery appointment, a two man delivery team, inside delivery, stair carry up to two flights of stairs, minor assembly and installation in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. The typical delivery time for White Gloves Service is 2 to 3 weeks from the day your order is placed unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please check the product description to confirm the actual delivery time.

International Service
