Vih Home, Inc. is pleased to offer a discount program to trade professionals.

*The purchase requirement for eligibility to each discount level is calculated using total purchase receipt amounts minus any discounts, returns, shipping, handling, taxes and fees during one calendar year (January 1 through
December 31).
Registration
Registration for our trade program is a two-step process.
Step 1: Create an account with Viu Home.
1. Click
My Account from any page within the Viu Home website.
2. Under New Customer click
Register, complete and submit the registration form.
Note the name and email address used for your registration. You will need this information in step 2.
Step 2: Send your proof of eligibility and request.
Mail or fax your proof of eligibility (see below) and request to be added to our trade program. Please be sure to include the name and email address you used to create your account in step 1.

Once your request has been processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email that will grant you access to all program benefits.
Eligibility
Proof of trade membership is required to be eligible for our trade discount program. The program is open to interior designers, decorators, architects, contractors and procurement professionals. To qualify for the
program please provide us with one of the following:
Current business or state professional license, in a residential or commercial design-based business
Proof of current membership in a trade organization such as ASID
W9, Federal ID form, or official document showing EIN number
Resale or Sales Tax Certificate
Plus, both of the following items:
Business card or letter on business letterhead
A letter requesting that you be added to our trade discount program including the name and email address your registered with at Viu Home's website
Discounted Items
The trade discount is available on all regularly priced items. The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, sale items, discounted items, promotional items, shipping and processing fees, and taxes. Viu Home, Inc. reserves the right to change or
alter the items not eligible for the trade discount program at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Membership
Memberships to our trades discount program are valid for two years. After which the membership must be renewed.
Membership is not transferable. A membership discount may only be used by the person who is named on registered account.
Misuse of membership will result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership discount (e.g., sharing your membership discount number with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application.
Changes and Termination
Viu Home, Inc. reserves the right to to update, modify, change, terminate a membership or cancel the Trade Discount Program at its sole discretion with or without prior notice to members.
